Cancellation policy

Product Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Ironside Racket Services as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Products that have been specially ordered, personalised, customised or sourced specifically at the customer’s request may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed with the supplier.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Racket Stringing Bookings

A deposit is required to secure your restringing appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice. Where sufficient notice is given, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded where appropriate.

If an appointment is missed without at least 4 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded. A new booking and deposit will be required if you wish to rearrange.

If Ironside Racket Services needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you will be contacted and offered an alternative booking or a full refund of any deposit paid.

Please arrive within your allocated drop-off window. Rackets must not be left outside the property or with another person unless this has been agreed in advance.

String Wear & Breakage

Racket strings are a wear-and-tear item and their lifespan can vary considerably depending on factors including tension, playing frequency, playing style, mishits, racket condition and storage.

Customers are responsible for taking appropriate care of their racket and strings following a restring. This includes allowing the string bed to settle appropriately and avoiding unnecessary stress or damage immediately after stringing.

Normal string wear, loss of tension or breakage through use is not considered a fault with the restringing service.

If you believe there is an issue with the restring itself, please contact Ironside Racket Services as soon as possible so the racket can be inspected.
